The School Aged Immunisation Service will be in Corley Academy on the 6th and 12th October. If you have not received a letter from us, please ring the school office. Alternatively, you can complete the consent form by clicking on this link which also provides more details. Just so you know, your child will be accompanied by a member of our staff during the vaccination.
